Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026. Cast Out Hauling & Junk Removal runs this website. This page says what the site collects and what Louie does with it.

What this site collects

When you send the form, Louie gets the name, phone number, city, job details, and any photo you attach. The site also uses Google Analytics, which sets a cookie and collects standard usage data like pages viewed and approximate region.

How Louie uses it

Louie uses it to text or call you back about your request, quote and schedule the job, and follow up about the service. It is never sold.

Text messages

By submitting this form you agree to receive calls and text messages from Cast Out Hauling & Junk Removal about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Third parties

Form submissions are processed through customer relationship software so Louie can reply. A copy of each request is also kept with the website's host so it is never lost, and a request to delete your information covers that copy too. A photo you attach is uploaded with your request and stored with the website's host so Louie can see the pile before quoting; it is not shown anywhere on this site and search engines are told not to index it. Analytics is provided by Google (Google Analytics 4).

Your choices

Ask Louie to delete your information any time by texting or calling (562) 781-9101.
